      What is the Return & Refund policy for Custom Items?
      Note: Custom products cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or replacement, unless defective.
      Defective or damaged Custom Items:
      To receive store credit or a replacement, please reach out to us and send us some pictures of the affected item(s) so we can assist accordingly.
      How do I return my Non-Custom item(s) for a refund?
      Below applies to non-custom orders:
      If your product is broken or defective, there is no need to return the item to us. Please submit a ticket to our Customer Obsession team by contacting us here and we’ll be happy to submit a replacement order, refund, or issue store credit.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
